Pregnancy Yoga Classes

Laura Colucci offers bespoke Pregnancy Yoga classes in West London for all levels of students and stages of pregnancy, from 14 weeks to delivery (or from first scan).


Her private classes are tailored to the individual needs of the client and include postures that focus on

reliving pregnancy tension throughout the body. The private sessions are gentle, restoring energy

while at the same time they are designed to create space and build strength in the changing body.


Her classes include pelvic floor strengthening exercises and Pranayama (Breath) work to encourage

relaxation and concentration for birth preparation. The class finishes with restorative postures to leave

you feeling rested and rejuvenated. The great benefit of private, personally tailored Pregnancy Yoga

classes in comparison to larger group classes is the postures and adjustments can be tailored to the

client’s individual needs and concerns throughout pregnancy.

Benefits from Pregnancy Yoga include relief from overall tension in the lower back, hips, chest, upper

back, neck and shoulders. Many postures work to release swelling in the feet and legs and overall

water retention. Breathing exercises help to create awareness of the breath which is useful for labour.


Classes are conveniently taught in the comfort of your own home or at a local Kensington studio.

Laura provides all props and supports (blankets, bolsters and pillows) which are used throughout the

sessions for maximum comfort.

time to focus her energy back to yoga and helping other mums-to-be.
